Apartments in Paradise

We are looking for RELIABLE, RESPONSIBLE, long term renters, one year or longer.  

A standard refundable damage deposit (of monthly rate), first month’s rent and last month's rent is required prior to moving in. 
The 2 apts. are not suitable for children or large pets.  Small well behaved pets are welcome.

The apts. are both a good size for 1 or 2 persons both with separate bedrooms. 

Both apts. are 650+ square foot each.

There is an A/C unit in the bedroom. We have ceiling fans as well as floor fans.  
 

Monthly rent for Apt. # 2 is $520 USD/month with 1 year lease (or the equivalent value in MXN) per month . It has a small terrace with bistro set for meals also room for plants and hammock even a Bar. B. Q and has an en-suite bathroom attached to the bedroom.

The terrace overlooks the patio. 
 

Apt. # 3 is slightly smaller in size and is only $500 USD (or the equivalent value in MXN) per month.

Water, cable TV and wireless internet is included in the rent. Electricity and gas extra. 
 

Both are an excellent rate for what you get. As you can see by the photographs, both apts. are tastefully decorated and furnished with quality designs. We paint, fumigate and maintain all the apartments regularly. Both have Microwave ovens, Fridge/freezer etc. and are very well equipped. Complete with bedding, towels, and dishes, everything you will need. 
 

Just bring your summer clothes and toothbrush.
